  • Public search of Trademark
  • Preparation of application for registration
  • Filing the same along with payment of requisite fee
  • Following up with the Authority
  • Responding to queries raised by Authorities and justifying how the application is unique and important to applicant
  • Obtaining registration certificate
  • Process takes around 6-12 months for approval and certificate
